• We currently offer a free doorstep delivery policy for all products within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). For other regions, shipping fees are calculated based on distance, product weight, and dimensions.
• For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 0-7 business days. For pre-order items, the estimated delivery time ranges from 4 to 12 weeks.
• We strive to deliver your furniture safely and efficiently across Canada. Upon delivery, please inspect your items carefully. If there is any damage, kindly report it within 48 hours for prompt resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to accept a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery or pick-up, with proof of purchase. 
  
• We offer complimentary delivery within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). However, If you return an item ( in original condition and packaging ) within 14 days, the delivery fee associated with that item will be deducted from your refund. For deliveries outside the GTA, the shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
  
• The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  
• Return shipping fees will be charged, and the cost will depend on the type of order and the reason for the return. We typically process refunds within 5-10 business days after completing the return.
  
• Custom or factory-ordered items，products marked as final sale are not able to be returned and refunded.
