A: Inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages within 48 hours.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within Canada.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled prior to it being processed and shipped out. Custom orders cannot be changed once production has started.
Q: What warranty do you offer?
A: We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Delayed Custom Orders:
If a custom order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, we will apply a 5% discount, with an additional 5% reduction for each subsequent month of delay.
