Returns, Refunds & Claims

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to accept a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery or pick-up, with proof of purchase. 
  
• We offer complimentary delivery within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). However, If you return an item ( in original condition and packaging ) within 14 days, the delivery fee associated with that item will be deducted from your refund. For deliveries outside the GTA, the shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
  
• The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  
• Return shipping fees will be charged, and the cost will depend on the type of order and the reason for the return. We typically process refunds within 5-10 business days after completing the return.
  
• Custom or factory-ordered items，products marked as final sale are not able to be returned and refunded.

Custom or factory orders are final sale and cannot be returned. However, we offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase for cancellations made without specific reasons.

In-stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns made between 7 and 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only, with a 15% restocking fee and return shipping fee applied.
