Warranty Policy

2-year warranty on Frame

We provide professional cleaning services at the following prices:

Single-seater Sofa:

• $89 for one cleaning and maintenance
• $159 for two cleanings and maintenance
• $209 for three cleanings and maintenance

Two-seater Sofa:

• $119 for one cleaning and maintenance
• $219 for two cleanings and maintenance
• $299 for three cleanings and maintenance

Three-seater Sofa:

• $149 for one cleaning and maintenance
• $269 for two cleanings and maintenance
• $349 for three cleanings and maintenance

• Natural wear and tear from usage is not covered under warranty. Examples of wear and tear are as follows but not limited to: Cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discolouration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, misshapen filling materials, and stains. 
• Elysium’s furniture that is not explicitly specified suitable for outdoor use is not covered for damage or defect from outdoor use.  
• Damages resulting from and/or other undesirable outcomes of cleaning products are not covered by the warranty.
• Damages resulting from using a product in a manner other than its intended design are not covered by the warranty.  Examples include but are not limited to standing on a chair, jumping on a bed, or using any non-commercially graded product for commercial purposes.

Other considerations.

1. The warranty is valid from the date of delivery or pick-up, proof of purchase is required.

2. Only the original purchaser holds the right to a valid warranty.

3. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture.
